Four Seasons Resort Megève obtains the Palace distinction, recognizing the most outstanding properties in French hospitality
Bordeaux, 20 April – Fabrice Bandiera has been appointed Technical Director of the Bordeaux division of Edmond de Rothschild Wines. He takes on responsibility for all viticultural and winemaking activities across both estates, Château Clarke and Château des Laurets.
This appointment supports the ambition of Edmond de Rothschild Wines to strengthen synergies between the two Bordeaux properties and to sustain their drive for excellence. Fabrice Bandiera combines technical expertise, agility, and long-term vision to support the development of both estates.

Fabrice succeeds Fabrice Darmaillacq, who had held the position of Technical Director at Château Clarke for over 9 years.
Alongside the technical teams at Château Clarke and Château des Laurets, Fabrice Bandiera will accelerate the transitions already underway in:
- adapting wines to the evolving expectations of consumers;
- developing viticultural practices and plant material;
- managing climate-related challenges around water and temperatures ;
- the ongoing pursuit of a more sustainable and precise expression of the terroirs.

Fabrice Bandiera will bring his mastery of the terroir and his open-mindedness to bear in the service of innovation, with a fresh perspective, faithful to the estate's excellence and the quality of its wines.
Originally from the Entre-deux-Mers region and from a winemaking family based in Castelviel, he began his career at family-run estates, then at the Cazes and AXA Millésimes vineyards, before joining Château des Laurets in 1996 as a skilled worker. He became Technical Director in 2002, then General Manager in 2018.
